Chester County’s top speller to advance to national competiton

Downingtown, PA - Jacob George from St. Norbert School was the last student standing on stage at the 2013 Chester County Spelling Bee, meaning he had out-spelled 51 other Chester County students to earn the title of 2013 champion as well as a spot at the 2013 Scripps National Spelling Bee. Delainey Robb from PA Leadership Charter School won second place, and Casey Weber from Fred S. Engle Middle School won third place.
